1. Place an ANNOUNCEMENT in the Sorority or Fraternity Announcements Section. Click on the respective organization(s) sponsors and then click on the "New Topic" icon to the left at the top. Add your info. If it is a PanHell function, place your Announcement under PanHell Announcements.

2. Upload a Flyer of your Event to the Gallery section. The Flyer will appear on the front page. See this link on uploading images/flyers.

3. Place a notice on the Master Calendar.
