I knew something was different in the layout but couldn't quite figure out what it was at first.

I see now that bio (gender, location etc.) info is out to the side rather than on top. Before I had to look up an individual's profile to see what Greek org they belonged to. It makes it a lot easier to connect comments to the poster. It makes it more personal also. Just a note.

Keep up the good work. Nice site by the way.
